Spring is the new Fall

From the National Weather Service forecast from this morning,

OFFSHORE FLOW WILL BRING GUSTY EAST WINDS THROUGH AND BELOW PASSES AND CANYONS TODAY WITH STRONGEST WINDS IN THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY MOUNTAINS AND INLAND VALLEYS. HRRR SHOWS WINDS INCREASING THROUGH MID MORNING...THEN GRADUALLY DIMINISHING IN THE AFTERNOON. HUMIDITIES WILL REMAIN QUITE LOW INLAND THROUGH WEDNESDAY. THE WARMING TREND OF THE PAST FEW DAYS WILL CONTINUE WITH GREATEST WARMING TODAY NEAR THE COAST WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES PUSHING INTO THE 80S NEAR THE COAST.

If the swell was picking up instead of winding down I would have to come down with the two day sleeping sickness.

Still very odd to have strong offshore winds this time of year. I was scrambling to shift seasonal gears this weekend. Where are my flip flops? Do I have any sun block? Have you seen my Barbecue tongs?
