back to school

 As the

Summer of Sirens

slowly disappears

into the rearview

I breathe a sigh of relief

the temp and humidity

are still hitting records

and are still not down

to semi comfortable levels

the marine layer is back

and we can bundle up the weens

in wool and send them off on the school bus

anywhere but the local line up
