Up and Over

 Winter anyone?

We have gone from a fall with rain

to a winter without

Looks like another one of those years

a blocking high

prevents the rains from coming 

down the coast

so our storms

ride up and over

the north east 

gets a double dose

but we still have 

three times as much rain

as last year

at least that's what is says on TV
