my place in the universal flow

 

right now

the only thing we have

is a cold and windy April day

the surf

if there is any

has been merrily

blown to ribbons

by a south wind just after dawn.

It would still be fun on a mat.

But I won't be surfing

I will sit here

finish this cup of coffee

and listen to the birds

and in doing so

reconnecting with

my place in

the universal flow
