We here in Southern California
are looking at a
winter storm and rain.
Elsewhere
it may have been
full
Stormin' Norman
for a while now
but
for socal
it's 80 degrees windy and dry
in the Fall

It has been long enough
that we should go over the post rain rules again
you must wait awhile for the worst of the pollution
to flow out of the river mouths
after a rain event

We are literally surfing
in the gutter of southern California

The sand that washes down to the beach
will be here all summer
no need to rush
