it looks like it rained

and would like to again

I explain to the cat

about the fog coming in

"on little cat feet"

he just looks at me with disgust

gives me a meow that means

"stow that literary bilge water and fix me my second breakfast"

(sometimes he speaks using nautical slang, I don't know why)

but it's foggy and damp

and the cat is eating "meaty treats"
