Quite an active hurricane season

watching the seasonal march

of tropical depressions

trying not to join the parade

Warm days

some would say hot

some would say "we are all going to die!

Of the heat or the humidity or the smoke or something..."

I stand firmly

with a foot

in all four camps

I have been enjoying the sunsets

If I'm lucky there is a breeze

all my blood relatives,

the mosquitoes

stop by for a bite and a drink...

What's next?

the earth begins to tilt

to its winter position

the North Pacific could spin out some magic

or some cool air

at a moments notice
