All that water

Late night and early morning
low clouds
with clearing
in the afternoons.

Perhaps the most
beautiful weather report
of the
Winter/Spring/Summer
complex

If only in that
it replaces
"continued cold temperatures with a chance of rain"
that while I have never
grown accustom
I have come to acknowledge
as the
new normal

So now that the trees
have had a good long
drink
the lakes and spill basins
are brimming
and the
the aquifers are full

Time to enjoy
the bounty
and observe
what the earth
can do with
all that water
