These days

I tend to like the

Fall / Winter

complex

more that the Spring / Summer

lollapoluza

But it's all comes together

in the same box

no rain

no flowers.

So I can't get

warm sunny days

without the horrendous crowds

I can't get the crossed up

NW and SW swells

with the warm water

and offshore wind

in July.

So I just enjoy

the garden

the warm mornings

the barbecue grill and the fire works

while they're here

knowing that

fall

is lurking

just a few

pages away

in the calendar.
