summer solstice

That point in mother earth's speed wobble

where the top have of the ball gets a little more light

School is out (queue Alice Cooper)

and I have noticed

and uptick in the number of people

that have the good sense to spend their time wisely

and wile away most of the day at the beach

I see them when I come home from work

Tan, sunburned epidermi, hair completely ruined by sun, salt and wind

it's a good look....
