super powers

I have super powers

I can walk across a swimming pool

and not get wet

I can fall into a bathtub and not spill a drop

I can walk into the shower

fully clothed and

remain completely

dry

I have a new mat,

a new wetsuit

and I can't

seem to

get wet...

I go thru the day

like an old sponge

used then rung out and left upon

a shelf

Slowly curling up,

salt crystals forming on my skin

dreaming of water

The new board curse is upon me
