I grabbed this pic off the internet
this morning from Hampton, NH.  23 degree air temp, 39
degree water, 7' with 8 MPH off-shore.  Definitely
would require a couple of extra breaths in the mat.

make me think that
things are turning for the better

like a long fall exhale
and a pause
before a long spring inhale
