the staff is surly
The ice in Fluffy's water bowl has melted
He is so disappointed with the service here
the staff is down right
surly these days
The place has really gone down hill
He can still remember
the good days
when he could get a dish
of Tender Vittles
or perhaps
some Fancy Feast
that was at least passable cuisine
but no longer...
