It's been a good summer

Before I delve into the Fall
and I will

I wanted to pause
to note that I enjoyed the summer

Warm days
with a cool breeze
in the afternoons

Not at all like
the last few years

It would be
hot in the morning
followed by heat
in the afternoon
and another helping
of heat in the evening

Just dreadful

But this year
was very nice

warm yet cool

We should have a summer
every year
