speaking of corners

It looks like winter
cloudy with light sprinkles
like a bright clear day in Seattle
but something tells me
that summer is just around the corner

the local beaches have been immaculately groomed
in expectation of the summer hoards
sort of like a golf course
but with fire rings and strips

Sadly the tourists never look up from their summer reading
long enough to see the macking left close the harbor mouth
