Beautiful weather this week

 

embarrassingly so
While the northern latitudes
are dealing with the cold
snowy remnants of Winter
(my new band name)
it's in the 80's at the beaches
I'm reapplying sunblock
and looking for my sandals
You can feel the real estate prices rise
Despite all that
I'm still hoping
for more rain
